Introduction

reflexologymoves is a Cardiff-based holistic treatment service that fits in with most busy life schedules, offering a calm professional environment within easy reach of the City centre.

Reflexology treatment may be beneficial in treating a variety of conditions, such as muscular and joint pain, digestive disorders, migraine, skin disorders and fertility issues, to name but a few. It works for long- and short-term conditions and is particularly useful in the treatment of stress-related problems. Clients usually find it leaves them with a greater sense of well-being and some use it for the regular maintenance of good health.

The effects of reflexology are cumulative, so a course of weekly treatments is recommended, depending on your body’s needs. Improvements can usually be noted within three to four treatments. Thereafter, frequency can be reduced in consultation with the practitioner.

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment of your feet that only requires removal of your shoes and socks.
