Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council

The CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, 2009) is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its function is to enhance public protection by the setting of standards in the field of complementary health, which includes compliance with the ASA (Advertising Standards Association) in the form of accurate promotional literature. The CNHC quality mark is recognised as the hallmark of quality. 

The Department of Health recommends consulting the CNHC Register when employing the services of a given professional discipline.
